Outside reviewer indication on My manuscript page

This has been reported before and the ticket was closed. However, I think this is a problem.

First issue: When an outside reviewer is named, that person is not listed on the submission confirmation page, nor on the My Manuscripts page, which make users question whether it has worked, cause stress, and I expect it will prompt questions for Help Desk.

Second issue: I had the experience of changing the outside reviewer on two incomplete manuscripts, and the reviewer I had entered initially showed up on the My manuscripts page, rather than the reviewer I had changed it to. Again, this will be confusing to users.
