PDF conversion - Not working since we have now modified the .env file

Not working since we have now modified the .env file.

As you could see in the error message now the URL is http://localhost/download/ed875add-5fbc-4e07-843d-48f3eaf1e4ce.tif whereas it should be something like http://beta.plus.europepmc.org/download/ed875add-5fbc-4e07-843d-48f3eaf1e4ce.tif

Previously we had 2 duplicate values something like below in the .env file

PUBSWEET_URL=http://localhost/
PUBSWEET_URL='https://beta.plus.europepmc.org'
