Change progress bar

Change progression bar colour and text. Depending on capabilities, change text/color to look like png attached.

1. Change labels to: 1 Citation, 2 Files, 3 Funding, 4 Reviewer. The numbers should be on first line and word on second. The visited steps should be bold, and unvisited not bold. The previous steps should be blue links so they can be re-visited.

2. When/if this becomes possible, change "dots" to E96012
