Submit button remains in Summary Info after manuscript submitted
When a manuscript is submitted, the 'Submit your manuscript' button at the bottom of the page is still visible when the user goes back into the submission via its 'Summary Info' link on the dashboard.
The steps required for the 'Author submits manuscript e2e tests' issue (linked below) state that:
- Goes to "Summary Info", and it is now read-only and there is **no "Submit" button. **
