Authsome dashboard
This should make the dashboard fully functional with the different roles.
Refer to #58 for exact specs.

pubsweet/pubsweet#397 (closed) because of that issue i had to change isAuthor method and check both collection structures ,so it can work.

#189 i was wondering if there is another, better way to implement that.
