Updated editoria step

Hi @charlie, Wendell's added a new xsl sheet to the pipeline. It's part of Typescript, and should be run as the first transformation in the Editoria prep step, before the other three. I took a stab at adding it to this step. Could you check my work, and then merge it if it looks right? I think this should do the trick, but haven't been able to test it. There's no other file that would obviously need updating, is there? I think this would mean Vasilis will need to reseed the database for the hosted instance of INK to get the new step, yes?
