commented out bold and underline to italic

At one point, it was desired that XSweet replace out bold and underlined spans with italics – this was to clean documents for the UCal press project. This is no longer wanted, so I've commented out the code that was replacing that. See issue here: XSweet#190 (closed)

Note that this change in and of itself does not fix the problem in the pipeline that the wax2 branch of XSweet – we also need to make a change in editoria_typescript for this to have an effect.
