Added additional properties for generating toc, title page and copyright page

Notes

I'm using feature/672-implementation-of-copyrights-page-html-generator branch as the base branch.
Once #671 MR !45 (merged) is merged, we will need to add the title page changes. I've checked in the commented code for that.
