fast-refresh and react-beatiful-dnd
There's currently a problem if you use react-beautiful-dnd
, where it calls a useEffect
deep in its code, while only providing a render props style API.
This means that we end up with a hook called within a render props component which trigger this.
Until the above is resolved, react fast-refresh (the replacement to hot module reloading) is disabled by default.
The app will still update on changes, but will simply reload the page.
If you don't use react-beautiful-dnd
, you can enable fast-refresh with CLIENT_FAST_REFRESH=1
in your environment file and hot reloading should just work.
