change the default values for margin to 1 — means no margins

Remove all margins on default printing by changing the page margins options, where, as explained in the electron-html-to pdf example:

0 = standard margins
1 = no margins
2 = minimum margins

Also, submitting an issue where margin options in the CLI were not used.
