Add ability to assign authorship to someone else
Context
It's possible that HHMI staff (users with Admin, Managing Editor or Handling Editor roles) will create questions on behalf of authors. But it's important to record the real Author of a question. Atm Author = the user who created the question.
Proposal
Add ability to assign authorship to someone else. Suggested workflow:
- Admin creates a question
- Admin publishes the question (this is a direct publishing because admins skip the 'submit' and 'move to production' workflows)
- Admin selects 'Assign Author' button
- Admin chooses the user who should be the new author, and saves. (This should search all users in the system)
(Note: reassigning is a once-off action and cannot be undone, so Amins should see a warning about this.)
