Unable to access chat thread
Expected behaviour
When in the notification center. When users click on a chat they should be moved to the full thread.
Current behaviour
When a chat is accessed from the notification center, the user cannot view the full thread.
Steps to reproduce
Testing environment
- Username of the user who experienced the problem: Melissa
- URL where the problem occured: https://assessment.biointeractive.org/question/641b1b9e-f147-4841-93f2-398fd0629f37#productionChat
- Browser name and version: chrome
- User machine: Mac
- Please note: Melissa could see the chat thread the following day after this issue occurred. We are not sure if there is a lag or what could be impacting this.
