Testing release: Creating and submitting questions workflow
I've copied the workflow documentation from the Wiki here.
The below describes the steps to test as an Author role for the current release at https://hhmi.cloud68.co/
Workflow step: Creating and submitting questions
- Login into your account (All signed up users are Authors by default)
- Create questions of these types:
- True/false (single correct)
- True/false (more than one correct)
- Multiple choice (single correct)
- Multiple answers/Multiple choice (more than one correct)
- Fill in the blank
- Fill in multiple blanks
- Multiple dropdowns
- Matching
- Complete the question metadata form
- View and accept legal terms, then submit the question
- After submission see that the question and form are saved in read-only format for the author.
- Go "Back" to the Dashboard to see your question in "Submitted" status.
- Repeat with other question types
- Search on the dashboard by text in the question

What's excluded from this release
- Essay question
- Adding alt-text to images in questions
- An autosave indicator and an associated "Saved" status for questions prior to being submitted.
- Filtering by specific column values on the dashboard
