feat(client): update wax to v0.9.8

Wax upgrade. Fixes:

  • evaluation of correct answers for range type numerical answer items
  • add ✅ or ❌ for correct or incorrect answer in numerical answer items
  • persist user choice when submitting multiple choice items in test mode
