Final fixes phase 2

Grigor Malo requested to merge escape-modal-fix into staging

Fixes:

  • check that user menu button exists when handling 'Escape' key presses
  • set default limit of reviewers per question to 100
  • when last used dashboard tab doesn't match any user roles, default to calling the 'author query'
  • change placeholder of reviewers' search bar (required coko client upgrade)
  • remove duplicated biointeractive resources to fix issue with filtering through them in the ui
