Export book
- needs an overhaul
- needs to be a bigger modal for space to select settings per export type
- treat each export type as a separate tab because there a different decision per format (e.g. an epub usually includes the cover in the TOC)
- don’t need to support VivlioStyle anymore
- setting verso or recto for the first page of each chapter should apply in the export settings, for the whole book (currently done on book builder page)
- TOC button per chapter move to export from book builder page
- Running heads move to export from settings modal
- position endnotes and TOC for some formats
- support screen PDF
- support export subset of content?
- sensible defaults
- separate advanced and basic export?
- export image resolution???
- export color profile or other image settings
Design path
- create advanced version of export modal - then look at basic option
