Access to templates
In editoria every new user after sign up, can have full access to template tab, to create new template and update/delete existing ones.
Should the access to this be changed?
As we do not have restrictions who can create an account, this might cause unnecessary/unexpected deletion of the created templates. I think the minimal restriction would be the user have at least a role in order to have access to the templates.
Interim proposal for OEN instance
Option 1
Remove the delete button from the template page, so they are only deletable from the backend by the development team. This is more efficient than implementing granular role-based permissions.
Remove 'Add template' as well, since people might add blank or confusing non-functional templates to just try it out, that they then want to delete but can't (and all other users will see them).
Option 2
Limit the access of entire Templates page only to users set as admins.
