Improve UX when users upload files that won't convert
Context
This came up when doing a demo to OEN.
- I uploaded files from my Dropbox desktop but did not realise that were not synced locally.
- The files upload, and I progress to the next step (give book a title)
- I land on the producer page and all chapters are in an error state.
Proposal
On the import files page (bulk upload):
- after files have been selected, check if the files are 0 bytes
- show file in error state (like here) with tooltip message "This file has no content (0 bytes)"
- Let user delete the file
On the producer page (single upload):
- after file has been selected, check if the file is 0 bytes
- show file in error state
- When user clicks on file, show this error message in the modal: "This file has no content (0 bytes). Please check the original file and try again."
