[Kotahidev] Action to close JATS generation is unresponsive

Trying to cancel/close pop-up when generating JATS is unresponsive. Clicking on the close icon does not result in any action. This only happens when JATS generation is in progress... it's like you cant abort the generation process using the close/cancel action - which one assumes you should be able to do?
