Form Builder modifications
As Registered Users, I would like to use Form builder, In order to submit and evaluate articles using this form.
Workflow:
- Access form Builder
- Select form to edit
- Edit fields.
- Save the form.
Acceptance criteria:

Edit the existing form, to the next form fields
