fix(multiple-author): created date revised for invited author

Issue addressed #1435 (closed)

For the historical data on the colab instance, the submitter and invited author somehow had similar created dates, so the email invitations were showing incorrect author mapping. This fix would increase the created date for the invited authors by 10 milliseconds.
