feat(*): Google Scholar metadata

This MR adds metadata to the article template for export to Flax that encourages Google Scholar to pick up Kotahi-published articles. We're following what's documented here: https://scholar.google.com/intl/en-US/scholar/inclusion.html#indexing .

You can't actually submit things to Google, it just takes what it wants – and theoretically Google Scholar should already be taking in Kotahi-published articles – but you can do things (such as adding metadata) that encourage this.
