fix(hypothesis): tweak URIs so annotations appear in context

This fixes a longstanding issue that annotations to biorxiv pages weren't actually showing in the context of the page (with the hypothesis browser plugin). You could go to the group activity page and see the annotations, but couldn't see them on the page they actually related to.
