Draft: Fix/841 run cypress test
targets: issue #841
In this MR, I have created cypress tests for the Traditional journal publishing workflow (previously described as 'Aperture' workflow). This includes changes in:-
- manuscript submission test
- Editor assigning reviewers
- Completing a review
- Form builder; submission, review and decision forms load and an admin user can add new field
