Fix/841 run cypress test

targets: issue #841 (closed)

In this MR, I have created cypress tests for the Traditional journal publishing workflow (previously described as 'Aperture' workflow). This includes changes in:-

• manuscript submission test
• Editor assigning reviewers
• Completing a review
• Form builder; submission, review and decision forms load and an admin user can add new field
