Wax stylistic fixes

This MR adjusts the styling in Wax for appendices, reference lists, front matter, and acknowledgments to be what's in Henrik's design rather than the temporary version we had for a while. Just CSS changes. Here's what it looks like:

Glossary sections, in a separate merge request, now look like this too!
