Amnet PDF style sheet

Dan Visel requested to merge amnet-pdf-style-sheet into main

New stylesheet for Amnet: this includes new fonts & a different layout. Article metadata and author names is cleaner than it was.

The majority of the changes here are replacing the old PDF stylesheet with the new one Julien sent over – that file has changed almost entirely.
