This MR is for testing purposes on the pipeline to check app crashes in node 16.

for the app crash the issue seems to be with the sql dumps. In case of aperture changed the dump from drop/create table to only truncate them.
update on cypress 9.7.0 for the moment, because version 10+ need changes on file structure.
