(fix #1178) Author discussion chat is not visible to editorial team

  1. Update the manuscript query to always give the parent manuscript's chat channels.
  2. Stopped creating new channels whenever the author submits the new version.
  3. Wrote a migration to replace the child manuscripts channel id with parent manuscript channel id.
