Summary for

  1. Updated content for email template that sends a digest summary
  2. New DB flag for marking chat event notification setting for a user - default is true
  3. Option in profile page as a checkbox to turn on/off chat notifications
  4. ENV variable to not run cron for sending event notification alerts
  5. Testing done for #1280 (closed) - admins or group managers will only get subscribed to a chat if they post a message
