  1. Remove channel members when the team is updated and some members are removed

Question

  1. Should we also update existing "notification digest" entries for the users who have been unsubscribed? This will result in immediately stopping the notifications. If we don't do this, they will get an notification for a message they might not have seen before they were unsubscribed.
