Section editor fixes

When a user was both an editor and a section editor:

  • They would get a duplicate editor section in the dashboard
  • They would get a duplicate entry in the editor dropdown in the manuscript team manager
  • If an admin removed them from one team, they would get unassigned from their manuscripts, even though the assignment is still valid

This fixes all of the above.
