WIP: Safari fix

@yannis Safari browser is rendering the components differently than other browsers. Maybe this is on okay fix for now, but it be easier to resolve with more UI refactoring. Safari screenshot before fix: safari This tweak pushes the buttons below the tabs so they are usable. Unfortunately, this causes whitespace in other browsers. Chrome screenshot after fix: safari-fix
