NCBI testing release 11 Feb
This week's release includes an additional feature for book TOCs and other design improvements and bug fixes.
Feature: include collab authors and additional dates on generated toc.xml

The following book component metadata values are now included in TOCs when they exist in converted xml chapter files:
- publication history: date revised
- publication date
- collaborative author
