When an Editor creates a book, they should have access to the book manager page
Expected behaviour
As per the BCMS Role permissions sheet, when an Editor creates a book, she has access to and can manage all book components within that book. In other words, the Editor who creates the book is automatically added as an Editor to all the book components.
Current behaviour
When logged in as an Organisation's Editor, I can create a book (which is correct), but then it says 'You are not assigned any role yet'
When I hard refresh the page a few times, or navigate away from the book for a whole and come back, I can correctly see the book manager page.
The ideal behaviour is to not have to refresh or navigate away in order to have access to and manage book components via access to the book manager page.
