Date format MM/YYYY-null/YYYY will automatically add a month for the null on converted files and TOC
Current behavior
We allow users for chapter processed books and Word one doc, to add date of publication on a range in the format 'MM/YYYY-null/YYYY'.
This information is also added on three other section: a) Preview tab of a book component
b) converted xml output of an book component

Expected behavior
We do not allow users to save with this format. Refer to row 29 of the Validation Error Message for dates sheet

QA steps
- Create a new book or go to an existing book where you can edit Metadata
- Fill in the required fields in Metadata
- In Publication date, choose
Print Publication Range
orElectronic Publication Range
- Fill in the Date of Publication in the following formats:
- null/YEAR-MM/YEAR
- MM/YEAR-null/YEAR
- Check that user is not able to save Metadata in these cases and the validation error matches accordingly to the Validation Error Message for dates (Rows 23 and 29)
