Inaccurate info button about where metadata comes from

@ChristinaTromp - cc @douglassue

Expected behaviour

Information provided to the user as help tools to understand the UI should be accurate.

Current behaviour

On wholebook read-only metadata tables an info notice is provided that the metadata displayed in the read-only rows comes from the book. This notice is under the grant information which does not come from the book, so is inaccurate and confusing.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to: https://ncbi.cloud68.co/organizations/dbdf7c10-9f78-44dd-bef2-31c85cf9b8e0/bookmanager/42814ed9-dde8-4ff9-8eba-fb02ab39db5a
  2. See:

Possible solution

  1. Change this notice to display at top of the metadata for wholebook metadata and chapter (not chapter processed book) metadata table to read: 'Fields containing metadata provided in source files for conversion and tagging are read-only and cannot be updated.'

  2. In the wholebook metadata, under the Funding grant UI display: "Add a grant from the NCBI grant database. If this grant has already been provided for the collection and set to be applied to all books in that collection, it will not be editable.'

  3. In the chapter component metadata, under the Funding grant UI display: "Add a grant from the NCBI grant database. If this grant has already been provided for the book and set to be applied to all chapters, it will not be editable."

QA Steps

  1. Go to a collection and open metadata modal

  2. Add a grant and turn on the toggle to apply it to all wholebooks of the collection and Save.

  3. Add a wholebook to this collection

  4. Open the wholebook and check the metadata tab, On the top there is the message "Fields containing metadata provided in source files for conversion and tagging are read-only and cannot be updated" .
On the grant section the following message should appear image

  5. Go to a chapter processed book

  6. Open metadata modal and add a grant. Turn on the toggle to apply it to all chapters of the book.

  7. Open a book component for this book

  8. Go to the metadata tab of the chapter and the following text should appear:
