Variations for Uploading *additional* source files to books and book component
As mentioned in #489 (closed), there are variations in the workflows for uploading files. Currently there are two ways to create a new file version in the UI, I suggest we remove the "replace" button functionality so that all file versions are created with the upload button by matching file names.
Some of this work is already done, but I'm including everything here for testing purposes.
Supplementary files
No variation here:

In all workflows and book types, users can upload multiple supplementary files. -

Image files

Bookshelf Display PDFs
This is only relevant to the PDF and XML workflow. Currently it's called "Vendor PDFs" in the PDF WF UI and "Publisher PDFs" in the XML WF UI. This difference is not necessary, so we can standardise for both workflows and book types:

Review
No variations here. This section shows whatever files are upload from Review chat panel. There is no versioning of files.
