Clone settings changes
We'd like to make the following changes for the domain settings clones based on testing and how many changes we've had to make to get to what is needed
clonechapterprocess
- Require approval before publishing: Editor / Org Admin - "yes" for all workflows; because inaccurate TOCs are being built
- Support multiple published versions - "no" for all workflows; because not all date types are supported yet blocking full support / integration
- Order chapters by - "manual order"; because for non-Word workflows it is usually by date which is not supported so we have to change it a lot
- Display heading level - "4" - this keeps changing in domain clone
- Expand heading level - "4" to be consistent with display heading level
- Citation style - "Numbered parenthesis" - this is the default standard citation type for Word books so we keep having to change it

Other
Spreadsheet says tempate is set to "yes" for Group chapters into parts and Add boody content to parts, but it is set as "no" in template and I think "no" is accurate
