Update error message when user role is added twice
Steps to see the error:
- Go to users tab on an organization page
- Add role Editor or Org Admin to a user if there is no user with that role
- Select the user from the checkbox and try to add the same role again from bulk actions
- It will show the error as below:
Possible solutions
Change this error message to something more descriptive, for example $username already has the role assigned
.
QA Steps:

- It will show the updated error '[Username] already has the role assigned.'
