Link styling button for the "Copyright Statement" field in metadata templates doesn't work
In the styling tools (Bold, Italics, ect.) in the Copyright Statement field in metadata templates, the button for making text a hyperlink doesn't work. When I highlight text and press it, it underlines the text, but I don't get the pop-up box that allows me to add a url for the hyperlink, and the underlined text is not clickable. The link styling button does work for the License statement and Abstract fields.
Expected behaviour
In the metadata templates for chapter processed books --> Under the Permissions section --> In the Copyright Statement box: When a user types text in that box and highlights a section of that text, and link styling button in the styling tools at the top of that box should also highlight show it's active. When a user clicks on the link button, it should underline the highlighted text and also display a pop-up box that allows a user to type a url and press "Apply". Pressing Apply should hyperlink the underlined text with the entered url.
Current behaviour
Once the link styling button becomes active and click it, nothing happens/I do not get a pop-up box. This is true for the metadata template of any chapter processed book I tried it on.
