Progress review agenda 18 Jan
Hi @lathrops1 for our review call today:

Update on testing releases
- The additional testing required for the Node.js upgrade (#915 (closed)) is delaying our release of covers development. (Covers support and the Node.js upgrade go together because the reason we were using an older version of node was that graphql upload needed a change.)
- In order not to delay Granthub testing, we've split these releases into two:
- Granthub release tomorrow 19 Jan with a demo for your team
- Cover support release next Wednesday 26 Jan
Scoping of items added to the First deployment list
- "Single document" Workflow for Word: #215 (closed) -- this has been updated with our proposal. NCBI should review and confirm whether this approach works for your migration needs.
- TOC PIs: #211 (closed) -- draft design is done, I'll have the issues updated in time for our meeting tomorrow
Upcoming cycle
The focus for development in Jan B milestone is:
- Code refactoring to support collection TOCs (continued)
- Bug fixes and design improvements to metadata and chapter-processed toc features
- Collection manager frontend (scope to be agreed)
with testing releases to follow:
- Bug fixes and design improvements
- Collection management MVP
For discussion: the risk for point 3 is that we have not yet confirmed the minimal collection manager design for the first deployment from the review we did in Dec (see thread &3 (comment 74384)). We either need to:
- agree on MVP features by tomorrow
- delay collection fronted dev a few days and prioritise other development in it's place
