  • Add a "Definition of ready" section, to list all steps a story needs to go through before it is considered ready to be taken up by the development team for implementation.

  • Separate the "Acceptance Criteria" from "Definition of Done"

  • Add a "Definition of done" section, with a checklist of criteria that must be completed for a story to be considered “done”.
