Enable tests

This MR is to enable and fix the tests that are sometimes failing in the pipeline and in the develop branch are currently disabled..

The last two pipelines 187406 & https://gitlab.coko.foundation/ncbi/ncbi/-/jobs/187372 where re-run in total 5 times with 0 failures.
