ui fixes
ui- fixes on:
- The version paginator on the book component page should have arrows as in the design No arrows should display unless there is another version to go to
- toggle icon alignment
- no data message in table with local data (errors table)
- errors status
- buttons height bug (in firefox )
- date fields border and margins
