Add tooltip on book version modal

Targeted Issue: #1264 (closed)

Summary:

  1. New book step: tooltip for 'Content type':

The  format and publishing status of the submitted content in the publisher’s workflow

  1. Subheading of new version modal:

For changes to status and scientific content

  1. Body text for new version modal:

You should create a new version under the following events:

  • The status or format of the content changes in the publisher’s publishing workflow
  • The publisher has reviewed and substantively updated the scientific or scholarly content in a new published version under the same persistent identifier
  1. New version modal: Change 'Version name' to 'Content type'

  2. The tooltip for the version number on the New Book step and New version step should be:

The version number of the scientific update of the content in the publisher’s publishing workflow. Not the version number on the Bookshelf website.

  1. We also need to add a version input at the 'New Book' step. This is because a new book might start on version 2 (for example if version 1 is never published in the BCMS). The lowest version number and the default version number on the 'New Book' step should be '1' but the user could increase it to any higher number. It should look as below, same as the 'New version' modal, but default to 1 and allow the user to increase it.
