Minor updates for the 2023 edition

I went through some of the files and made updates that help get the text up-to-speed for the 2023 edition 😊

Question that came up: Does it make sense to route all information requests through Adam for this year's edition? Seems like it could be a single point of failure in case of unavailability as well.
