Crop marks not exporting correctly

When exporting a PDF with this:

marks: crop cross;
bleed: 10mm;

The resulting PDF does not contain the crop marks. In Chromium, when using --debug the crop marks show fine. They also show fine when using the cmd + P print dialog and saving to a PDF.

Reproduced this issue with pagedjs-cli on OSX.

@mark we're looking at this issue.

After some research, it seems that paged.js doesnt finish its job when the pdf is generated. We'll keep you updated as we're finding what happens.
