declaring a named page adds an additional empty page
Consider the following HTML page: test.html
As you can see, there's an empty page after the "Table of Contents" page. Removing the following block solves the issue:

page: tableofcontents;
}
I don't really know what's going on since no style is associated with the page named "tableofcontents"... probably a bug?
