Paged.js should not break a table cell when break-inside: avoid is defined
Breaking inside a table cell produces unexpected result.
As a workaround, it's possible to use the following definition:
tr, td {
break-inside: avoid;
}
However, this rule is "ignored" when the table cell contains a lot of text and/or nested nodes (paragraph, strong, em...).

Here's the original table (before Paged.js processing)
And here's the result:
As you can see the first cell is chunked but the "Lorem ipsum..." columns are missing on the first page.
