Content flows into overflow column in v0.3.1, but not in v0.2.0

Disclaimer: There's every chance that this is down to some bizarro way I've got things set up.

If you compare these two documents, one using the 0.2.0 polyfill and the other using the 0.3.1 polyfill. The 0.2.0 version renders (fairly*) well, but the 0.3.1 version flows the columns into the third (overflow) column.

I'm not sure where I should start to look to try and debug this.

* the fairly is because in the 0.2.0 version, there's a strange column break on page one of the pasta article. Perhaps the method of debugging one will help with the other.
